280GM waxed cotton on the outside. Polartec® Alpha® insulation inside. Alpha® dries quickly, insulates when wet, and is very lightweight. Together, the waxed cotton and Alpha insulation make this a very warm jacket. And we sized it to accommodate a pretty hefty insulating layer beneath it. Double slide front zipper beneath a wind flap with hidden metal snaps. Subtle reflectivity, media port, loads of zippered pockets. Oh... it was awarded Polartec's APEX Award for innovation. We are proud of that. Imported. Nylon lining. Polyester fill. S to XXL. Recovery fit.

This jacket is very warm and we sized it to accommodate a hefty midlayer underneath.
For added coverage, we made this jacket one inch longer (33 inches versus our standard 32 inch length).
The authentic waxed cotton outer layer is wind/water resistant and contains inherent subtle color and shading variations.
Polartec® Alpha® is a very high quality insulation that is compressible, stays warm when wet, allows air and water vapor to pass through it, and definitely delivers on the warmth-without-weight promise.
